How to change ticket branding based on booking channel
You can change your ticket's branding for each booking channel. This is useful when you decide to manage two brands through a single Bókun account, e.g. if your company is located in different cities or if you have multiple websites for different types of experiences.
This is how:
Navigate to the Settings > Booking channels and then click the booking channel you'd like to edit from the list
Scroll down to the Ticket step under the Advanced section in the left bar and toggle the Override voucher (ticket) header to activate.
Set your ticket settings. You need to provide:
- Title on ticket
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Website URL
Remember to save your changes.
