How to create a user login for your subvendor

You can allow staff members in other companies to access your subvendor account with their own user credentials.

When you have created a subvendor, you can create a user credential for their staff members to log in with. Once logged in, the user can manage the account like their own.

Subvendors is a separate Bókun App within the App Store. Bókun PRO users can add the Subvendor to their subscription for $99 per month.

 

How to create a user for your subvendor​

  • First you need to disguise as the subvendor.

  • Then select Settings in the bottom left corner. Then, click Company and Users.

  • Click Add in the top right corner.

Add the following information:

First Name
First name of the person responsible for the account.

Last Name
Last name of the person responsible for the account.

E-mail address
Add the user's e-mail address. It is also the login user name.

User role
Select the user role this user will have assigned.

Password
Create a password for the user, please note that you will have to inform the user about the password manually.

 

What happens after the new user has been created?​

Once the subvendor user has been created, Bokun will automatically send the new user an email with the following information:

  • Username. (Their email address)
  • Log in address. (yourdomain.bokun.io)

Please note that Bókun does not automatically send password information to new users, since this poses a security risk. We suggest that you inform the user about their new password in person.
