You can find your active Affiliate Hub connections under My Connections tab.
If you want to cancel a connection with an affiliate, click My Connections in the left-hand side menu. Then, you need to remove the products from your list that you don’t want affiliates to promote. There’s no contract that you need to cancel with individual affiliates since your contract is with the Bókun Affiliate Hub.
If you want to cancel a connection with a supplier, click My Connections in the left-hand side menu or find the supplier in the Discover page. Then click Actions > Disconnect from supplier to stop promoting the supplier’s products. There’s no contract that you need to cancel with individual suppliers since your contract is with the Bókun Affiliate Hub.
If you’re a supplier, all of your bookings will appear in the Bókun Sales Feed. Each booking has an invoice attached.
At the time of booking, only the supplier’s contact details are shared with the traveller. So, the traveller contacts the supplier and the supplier cancels the booking in Bókun.
After the traveller has contacted the supplier to cancel the booking, the supplier contacts Trust My Travel through their Support. Trust My Travel refunds the traveller and redirects the payouts to the correct accounts. The supplier is always liable for the 2% transaction fee.
The remaining 20% amounts are refunded if the traveller cancels on or before the travel date. If the traveller cancels and/or is refunded after the travel date, the supplier is liable for the full 22%.
The cancellation policy of the supplier that owns the tour is the cancellation policy that’s valid for the traveller.
All payments are processed through Trust My Travel and are split between Supplier (80%), and Affiliate (15%). Transaction fees 2% are deducted from the 80% the supplier receives.
As the payments are handled through Trust My Travel, the funds will be released about a month after the tour has finished. If you experience any issues with regard to payment, please contact Trust My Travel.
A supplier that uses Bókun Pay can receive immediate payout for both their own products and products they promote in the Affiliate Hub. Learn more about Bókun Pay here.
Any bookings you receive will show in your sales feed as per usual and will be marked as an Affiliate Hub booking, so you know where it has originated from. You can filter the Sales Feed to see your Affiliate Hub bookings. However, you will not know who the actual affiliate was and who is promoting your product.
